At Fall Prevention and Rehabilitation, our specialized team of healthcare professionals assist patients with a wide variety of programs for overcoming a multitude of physical injuries and disabilities. They provide one-on-one guidance for restoring optimal function and fitness. We believe the key to the healing process begins with successful interaction between skilled professionals and their patients. We assist in developing home and work habits that will strengthen the body and help to prevent new injuries. Our goal is to achieve timely return to health, and to provide a personalized wellness plan so that each patient continues with a healthy lifestyle. Our state of the art, 3,000 square foot facility is located at 80 Main Street, West Orange New Jersey.

The office is easily accessible via Route 280 and is centrally located within Essex County. We offer the latest rehabilitative equipment, such as the Biodex Balance System which allows testing and training in both static and dynamic formats as well cutting edge therapeutic modalities such as Infrared Therapy. Infrared Therapy is a device that uses photo energy for increasing circulation and reducing pain. This drug-free treatment device helps to improve comfort and functionality. When partnered with a physical therapy program, Infrared Therapy can be used for the relief of minor muscle and joint pain, and to improve superficial circulation.
